Whitby was saved several times by donated blood both during and after surgeries. We celebrate his birthday each year by hosting a memorial blood drive. The blood drive is a fun event that welcomes repeat donors as well as first-time donors. Remember, you can donate whole blood every eight weeks and each pint can save up to three lives.
